Do you have minimum orders?
No.

How does our free shipping policy work?
For orders under $150.00* excluding GST a Flat Shipping Rate of $8.70 applies which includes Rural Delivery. This excludes Waiheke and Stewart Island.

Orders over $150.00* excluding GST are shipped Free including Rural Delivery. This excludes Waiheke and Stewart Island.

* The freighting of Dangerous Goods chemicals can only be supplied to restricted account holders and are excluded from our Free Shipping Policy. Freight charges will be charged at cost.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive an email that includes a tracking link. Clicking on this link will give you full tracking status.

Do I need to be home/office/school to receive my order?
Ideally yes. All orders are sent “Signature Required”. If you are not home to receive your order a “Card to Call” will be left by the courier. You will need to phone the courier company on the card to arrange re delivery or collection from their depot.

When can I expect delivery?
Items that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
Go into “My Account” “Lost Password”. Enter your username or email address and you will be sent a link to set up a new “Password” by email.

How do I change my email address / password / delivery address?
Simply 1) Log in. 2) Click on “My Account” (top right hand of screen) 3) Then click on “Edit Profile”. Keeping your details up to date ensures orders are delivered smoothly.

How do I cancel my order after I have submitted it?
We can cancel or change your order up to the time that the order has been sent and you have received the order shipped email. Refunds are made to you Credit Card.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard.

How can I check the status of my order?
After you have placed your order on www.crescendo.co.nz we will send you an email confirmation. Please check your spam folders on your email as sometimes our order confirmations end up here.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged after you have confirmed your order by clicking “Pay With Card” button at checkout.

What if the product I want is out of stock?
Please email us [email protected] or call us on 09 336 1001. We can then advise the status of this product. Account holders please add the item details in the “Order Notes” at checkout and this will be placed on Back Order.

I would like to make a bulk order?

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the order date and issue a full refund of the product cost.

We will cover the cost for return shipping of any product that we have sent in error.

If you have purchased something and wish to return it due to wrong sizing or colour etc. then it is up to you to organise and pay shipping costs associated with sending it back to us.

All we ask is that the product is not used or expired. Is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box.

REGISTERED USERS

Anyone can become a “Registered User” on www.crescendo.co.nz. This allows you to track delivery of your order in “My Account”. Also order history. Save billing, delivery and Credit Card details.

Can Registered Users view all products available?
As a Registered User you will not be able to view Restricted items on the Crescendo site. You need to apply to be an account holder to view these products. The appropriate End User Form, Certified User declaration or Permit will need to be approved before you can purchase these items.

ACCOUNT HOLDERS

Registered customers can apply for a Credit Account by filling out our Credit Application Form supplied on request. If successful you are eligible for payment terms of 20th of the month following date of the invoice.

Account approval can take up to 5 working days.

Account holders can view restricted items and chemicals on the Crescendo Website. They can also apply to purchase these items by completing the appropriate End User form, Certified User declaration letter or Permit applications. Some items require Police approval for supply.
