This kit contains sufficient items to demonstrate standing waves (longitudinal, transverse and two dimensional) with a coil spring, thick and thin rubber cords, a tapered rubber strip, a Chladni plate, piano wire and steel strips. Also supplied is a transparent acrylic tube and twenty coloured plastic balls representing molecules of a liquid or gas. These are used in conjunction with the vibration generator to assemble a Kinetic Theory Model. Instructions included.
