He was a most loyal staff member and friend, extremely reliable and dependable. Bernie was always willing to go that extra mile for customers. We will miss hearing him greet people from south of the Bombay Hills with “Hello from sunny subtropical Auckland”, even when it was pouring with rain here!!! Bernie suffered his last All Blacks defeat.
