MAGNET – CERAMIC RECTANGULAR

North and South poles (painted red and blue) at each end of the magnet as per conventional bar magnets – therefore more suitable than MDL 2505 for plotting magnetic lines of force etc.. Magnetic strength unaffected by ageing and no keepers required.

NOTE: Strength is much less than for an alnico magnet but quite satisfactory for demonstrating basic magnetic principles. Made of ceramic material which can break if dropped. Price is for one magnet (sold singly).
